EMPPLOY ("we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at empploy.nanocorp.app(the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Service.

By using EMPPLOY, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity & Contact Information: Full name, email address, and WhatsApp number, provided when submitting contract forms or signing up for early access.
• Employment Information: Employer name, employee details, job title, contract type, salary, and other employment-related fields entered into our contract generation forms.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and technical metadata (browser type, IP address) collected automatically via our analytics beacon.

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by Stripe.

We use collected data for the following purposes:

• Contract Generation: Populating employment contract templates with the information you provide.
• Lead Management: Recording early-access sign-ups and subscription inquiries so our team can follow up.
• Compliance Alerts: Sending email or WhatsApp notifications about regulatory deadlines, payroll obligations, and platform updates you have opted into.
• Service Improvement: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve features and performance.

We will not sell your personal data to third parties, nor use it for targeted advertising.

Your data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, or as required by applicable law.

We share personal data only in limited circumstances:

• DI-AFRICA (Portage leads only):When you select the "Outsourced" employment model (portage salarial), relevant employer and employee information is shared with DI-AFRICA, our partner portage company, for the purpose of establishing the employment relationship.
• Infrastructure providers: We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Stripe (payments). These providers process data solely to deliver the Service and are bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to a lawful government request.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Withdrawal of consent: Opt out of communications at any time by contacting us.
